Machine Learning Research Engineer

Celonis is seeking a Machine Learning Research Engineer to develop solutions that enhance enterprise operations using AI technologies. The role involves close collaboration with various teams to integrate machine learning models into scalable products.

What you'll do

• Design and test machine learning algorithms for enterprise applications
• Research and develop foundation model architectures
• Build and maintain ML infrastructure and pipelines for deployment
• Integrate generative AI capabilities into the Celonis platform
• Process and analyze complex operational datasets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions

What they're looking for

• Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field
• 3+ years of experience in machine learning or AI
• Expertise in Generative AI technologies and LLMs
• Production-level experience in Python and other programming languages
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services
• Proficiency in SQL and graph databases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
