Cloud Engineer (AWS)

About this role

Contact Government Services seeks an experienced Cloud Engineer to design and implement AWS-based solutions for a federal agency. You'll create comprehensive documentation, perform technical analysis, and ensure secure, scalable cloud architectures while supporting the transition to operations.

What you'll do

• Design scalable cloud solutions meeting security controls and operational requirements
• Develop engineering, security, and operational documentation
• Conduct technical and business analysis to guide solution decisions
• Support cloud migration planning including lift-and-shift methodologies
• Facilitate solution handoff to operations and maintain system performance
• Design and implement large-scale distributed applications for federal clients
