Contact Government Services seeks an experienced Cloud Engineer (AWS) to design and document cloud solutions for a federal agency. The role combines architectural expertise with operational support, requiring 4+ years of federal IT experience and strong AWS proficiency to deliver scalable, secure, large-scale cloud implementations.

What you'll do

• Design cloud solutions ensuring scalability, flexibility, and security compliance
• Create technical and operational documentation for engineering and security processes
• Conduct business and technical analysis to guide customer decision-making
• Facilitate solution handoff to operations and monitor system performance
• Develop cloud architecture designs and implementation plans based on customer requirements
• Support cloud migrations using lift-and-shift and other methodologies
