Drupal Developer

About this role

CGS is hiring a Drupal Developer to support a large Federal agency's technical initiatives in Washington, DC. The role involves building and maintaining Drupal sites, developing custom themes and modules, and collaborating with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.

What you'll do

• Build, administer, and maintain Drupal sites for federal clients
• Develop custom Drupal themes and modules
• Gather and translate user requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in Agile Sprint teams and support collaborative development
• Facilitate communication between front-end and back-end development teams
• Monitor site performance using Google Analytics and similar tools

• Drupal 8/9 site building and administration
• PHP, MySQL, HTML, jQuery
• CSS, Sass, and USWDS
• Linux systems (OEL, RHEL, CentOS)
• REST/SOAP APIs and CI/CD pipelines
• Drush and Composer
• Apache web server
• Azure DevOps and Agile methodology
