FSR Engineer

About this role

Mid-level Field Service Representative Engineer who deploys and operates mission-critical data platforms at customer sites. You'll integrate complex data systems, build operational applications, and provide on-site technical support while collaborating with internal teams to enhance platform capabilities.

What you'll do

• Deploy, configure, and maintain production-grade distributed data and application platforms
• Integrate data from multiple source systems while managing lineage and governance
• Design and maintain data pipelines for real-time and batch processing
• Build and customize operational applications, workflows, and analytics solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve high-impact issues in live operational environments
• Work directly with customers to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions

• Software engineering fundamentals
• Python, PySpark, Java, JavaScript, or SQL programming
• Data systems and distributed architecture knowledge
• API integration and configuration
• Problem-solving in ambiguous real-world scenarios
• Technical and non-technical stakeholder communication
• Independent operation in customer-facing environments
• Computer Science, Mathematics, or Data Science background
