FSR Engineer

About this role

Mid-level Field Service Representative Engineer who deploys and operates mission-critical data platforms for government customers. You'll manage data integration, build operational applications, and troubleshoot production systems while working directly with clients in Colorado Springs.

What you'll do

• Deploy, configure, and maintain distributed data and application platforms in production environments
• Integrate data from multiple source systems while ensuring data lineage and governance standards
• Build and customize operational applications, workflows, and analytics solutions
• Design and maintain data pipelines for real-time and batch processing use cases
• Troubleshoot and resolve high-impact issues in live operational environments
• Translate customer needs into technical solutions through direct stakeholder engagement
