Full Stack Developer

About this role

CGS is hiring a mid-level Full Stack Developer in Boston to build enterprise software solutions supporting government data inventory initiatives. You'll collaborate across teams using modern web technologies while following best practices in testing, security, and deployment.

What you'll do

• Develop full-stack web applications, APIs, and services
• Create and implement software testing strategies
• Automate manual processes through scripting
• Manage version control and guide others on processes
• Implement security enhancements for applications
• Use application metrics to inform technical decisions

• JavaScript and libraries (Angular, Node.js, TypeORM, Nest.js)
• Full-stack web development (front and backend)
• Agile methodology and phase-based delivery
• Testing, security, and configuration management practices
• SQL and database design

• Compiled and interpreted programming languages
