About this role
CGS is hiring a mid-level ServiceNow Developer in Chicago to support a large Federal agency's technical initiatives. You'll design and customize ServiceNow applications, particularly for HR service delivery, while collaborating with developers and business analysts in an Agile environment.
What you'll do
- Develop ServiceNow applications using Angular.JS, JavaScript, and SQL for HR service requests
- Create reports, dashboards, customized forms, and workflows within ServiceNow
- Gather requirements and implement core ServiceNow functionality
- Refactor customizations during ServiceNow major updates
- Configure and manage test data and design tests
- Support configuration, change, and release management processes
