ServiceNow Developer

About this role

CGS is hiring a mid-level ServiceNow Developer in Chicago to support a large Federal agency's technical initiatives. You'll design and customize ServiceNow applications, particularly for HR service delivery, while collaborating with developers and business analysts in an Agile environment.

What you'll do

• Develop ServiceNow applications using Angular.JS, JavaScript, and SQL for HR service requests
• Create reports, dashboards, customized forms, and workflows within ServiceNow
• Gather requirements and implement core ServiceNow functionality
• Refactor customizations during ServiceNow major updates
• Configure and manage test data and design tests
• Support configuration, change, and release management processes
