ServiceNow Developer

About this role

CGS is hiring a mid-level ServiceNow Developer in Dallas to support HR service delivery solutions for a federal agency. You'll design and build ServiceNow applications using Angular.JS and JavaScript while collaborating in an Agile environment to modernize government HR processes.

What you'll do

• Develop ServiceNow applications using Angular.JS, JavaScript, and SQL for HR service requests
• Support discovery, requirements gathering, and implementation of core ServiceNow functionality
• Create reports, dashboards, customized forms, and workflows within the HRSD scope
• Refactor ServiceNow customizations during major platform updates
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts in Agile sprints
• Maintain backend configuration, test design, and release management
