Contact Government Services seeks a mid-level ServiceNow Developer to support federal IT initiatives in Baltimore. You'll develop and customize ServiceNow applications focusing on HR Service Delivery, working with Angular.JS, JavaScript, and SQL in an Agile environment while collaborating with developers and business analysts.
What you'll do
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using Angular.JS, JavaScript, and SQL
- Build HR Service Requests and employee service request workflows within ServiceNow
- Gather requirements and support discovery for core ServiceNow functionality
- Create reports, dashboards, customized forms, and workflows
- Refactor ServiceNow customizations during major platform updates
- Support configuration, change management, and release processes
