ServiceNow Developer

About this role

CGS is hiring a mid-level ServiceNow Developer in Washington, DC to support HR Service Delivery initiatives for a federal agency. You'll design and build ServiceNow applications, develop workflows, and collaborate with developers and analysts in an Agile environment while maintaining code quality during platform updates.

What you'll do

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using Angular.JS, JavaScript, and SQL
• Build HR Service Requests and Employee service request workflows within the HRSD scope
• Create reports, dashboards, customized forms, and test data configurations
• Refactor ServiceNow customizations during major platform updates
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts in Agile sprints
• Support configuration, change, and release management processes
