ServiceNow Developer

About this role

CGS is hiring a mid-level ServiceNow Developer in Miami to support a federal agency's technical initiative. You'll build and maintain HR Service Delivery applications, develop custom workflows and reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

What you'll do

• Develop ServiceNow applications using Angular.JS, JavaScript, and SQL for HR Service Requests
• Gather requirements and implement core ServiceNow functionality with business analysts
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, customized forms, and workflows
• Refactor ServiceNow customizations during platform updates and manage configuration changes
• Design tests, build test data, and support release management processes
• Collaborate with developers in Agile sprint cycles to deliver functional software releases
