About this role

Chamelio is seeking a Founding GTM Engineer to build and own the technical infrastructure powering their AI-native operating system for legal teams. This hands-on role requires experience building GTM systems, automations, and AI workflows from the ground up, working closely with founders and sales/marketing teams to rapidly iterate and scale.

What you'll do

  • Design and implement automated prospecting, enrichment, and lead scoring workflows.
  • Develop outbound infrastructure for email and LinkedIn, focusing on deliverability and personalization.
  • Create AI agents for account research, lead qualification, and automated GTM actions.
  • Build and maintain API integrations and data pipelines between GTM systems.
  • Identify and automate repetitive tasks within sales and marketing.
