What you'll do

  • Develop Go services and React UIs across the full stack of an AI-native insurance platform
  • Collaborate with product and design to ship features rapidly while maintaining quality
  • Own features end-to-end from architecture through deployment with clear accountability
  • Build and maintain foundational infrastructure including observability, permissions, and developer tooling
  • Design event-driven workflows and clean APIs using gRPC and modern patterns
  • Navigate tradeoffs and move with urgency in a fast-paced environment

  • Go
  • TypeScript / React
  • gRPC and event-driven architecture
  • Container orchestration (Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Temporal, Dagster)
  • Computer science fundamentals and system design
  • API versioning and clean architecture
  • Postgres, DynamoDB, or Snowflake
  • AI/agentic systems knowledge (preferred)
