About this role

Join Chime's Instant Loans team to build scalable backend services that provide accessible credit to underserved members. You'll work full-stack on consumer lending products, collaborating across product, design, and risk teams to expand financial stability for millions of users.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and scale backend implementations for consumer loan product features
• Build resilient APIs powering member-facing mobile app experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve member pain points
• Write thoroughly tested code and conduct quality assurance with QA team
• Identify opportunities to improve system reliability and scalability
• Participate in on-call rotation to respond to incidents outside regular hours
