Systems Engineer

About this role

Christ Fellowship seeks a Systems Engineer to oversee production technical infrastructure (audio, video, lighting) across multiple campus locations in Palm Beach Gardens. The role involves troubleshooting systems, managing LED displays, maintaining network connectivity, planning upgrades, and ensuring optimal performance across all facilities.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents in audio, RF, video, lighting, communications, and networking systems
• Configure and maintain LED video wall displays and processing equipment
• Manage device network connectivity, IP tables, and network organization
• Integrate system upgrades and expansions across campus locations
• Research equipment and develop proposals for AVL projects
• Monitor system stability, perform preventative maintenance, and manage contingency inventory

• Production-based electrical systems knowledge
• Network-based production protocols
• IT systems and network management
• Control systems (Q-Sys, Crestron, Kramer preferred)
• Engineering drawings interpretation
• Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Equipment research and proposal development
