Join Civitech as an Analytics Engineer to build data infrastructure supporting democratic participation and progressive causes. You'll work with a mission-driven team helping 500+ nonprofit organizations and political campaigns reach millions of voters across 27 states.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain data pipelines and analytics infrastructure
• Build tools and systems to support civic engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with partners to enable data-driven decision making
• Develop solutions for voter outreach and campaign analytics
• Ensure data quality and reliability across platforms
• Support analytics and reporting for multiple partner organizations
