About this role

Clay, a rapidly growing AI-powered growth platform, is seeking an IT Operations Engineer to own and operate the operational infrastructure layer that keeps IT systems reliable and compliant. This role bridges IT support and systems engineering, focusing on device management, asset tracking, identity governance, and process improvement rather than reactive ticket handling.

What you'll do

  • Operate and manage the Mac and Windows fleet using MDM platforms, including enrollment, configuration profiles, and remediation
  • Maintain the CMDB and asset inventory as the source of truth for all hardware and systems
  • Oversee identity governance and access management systems alongside the Security team
  • Execute IT change management processes and support strategic projects with the Head of IT and Systems Engineer
  • Build and improve durable operational processes to prevent recurring issues
  • Partner on vendor management and IT tooling that underpins organizational operations
