About this role
Clay seeks an experienced IT Systems Engineer to design and deploy identity management and automation systems that will support the company's growth. You'll establish foundational IT infrastructure focused on employee access, device management, and lifecycle automation while collaborating across Security, People Operations, and Engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Design and deploy identity architecture and access management systems for employee technology access
- Build automation for employee onboarding, offboarding, and device enrollment processes
- Establish device trust and lifecycle management frameworks
- Replace manual IT processes with scalable automation solutions
- Collaborate with Security, People Operations, Finance, and Engineering teams
- Support Clay's operational and security foundations as the company scales
