As a Backend Software Engineer on the Performance team, you'll identify and solve critical scaling challenges while optimizing throughput and reliability of core systems supporting thousands of enterprise customers.

What you'll do

• Analyze systems to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
• Design and maintain performance metrics across service components
• Guide other engineering teams on scalable feature design
• Address scalability challenges like database sharding and service splitting
• Optimize API latency and query performance
