Software Engineer, Full Stack

About this role

Clay is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to build products that help customers execute growth strategies using AI and data. You'll drive features end-to-end across frontend and backend, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to a fast-growing platform serving thousands of enterprises.

What you'll do

• Design and develop full-stack features spanning frontend and backend systems
• Collaborate with design, data science, and GTM teams to define and execute product strategy
• Drive features from conception through research, implementation, and maintenance
• Improve codebase performance and reliability while increasing team development velocity
• Mentor and learn from fellow engineers across the team
• Balance product thinking with technical execution on a fast-paced team
