Web Developer (Growth & Conversion Optimization)

About this role

Clay seeks a Web Developer to build high-converting web experiences and growth infrastructure using Webflow, custom JavaScript, and integrations. You'll own landing pages, conversion funnels, and the technical systems connecting marketing and sales tools while optimizing for measurable results.

What you'll do

• Develop high-converting landing pages and conversion funnels in Webflow with custom JavaScript and advanced functionality
• Build integrations, APIs, webhooks, and automation connecting web properties to CRM, analytics, and marketing platforms
• Design and implement A/B testing frameworks and personalization engines to systematically improve conversion rates
• Architect CMS structures and custom middleware for seamless data flow across marketing and sales stack
• Ship features quickly with minimal handoffs while maintaining production-grade code quality
• Analyze funnel data to identify bottlenecks and translate insights into technical solutions
