Backend Engineer

Join this early-stage company as a founding backend engineer building production systems for AI voice and browser agents in healthcare. You'll design core services, integrate with healthcare platforms, and work directly with leadership to shape both product and engineering culture.

What you'll do

• Design and build backend services orchestrating AI voice and browser agent workflows
• Develop integrations with EHRs, scheduling systems, and insurance portals
• Ensure reliability, observability, and performance of production agent systems
• Partner with leadership on architecture decisions and technical strategy
• Help establish engineering culture and hiring practices as team grows

• Backend development (Python or TypeScript/Node)
