Join a seed-stage AI SaaS startup as the founding customer engineer, owning relationships with early customers while building scalable playbooks for conversational demo agents. You'll bridge customer success, technical implementation, and product development, directly shaping the company's growth from initial traction to scale.

What you'll do

  • Manage end-to-end customer relationships from onboarding through expansion, optimizing demo performance and adoption
  • Train and configure AI agents on sales positioning, buyer personas, pricing, and workflows
  • Analyze customer conversation logs and feedback to identify patterns and surface product insights
  • Translate customer needs into actionable product requirements in close collaboration with the CTO
  • Build automation workflows using scripting, APIs, and low-code tools to scale customer operations
  • Create and document the customer engineering playbook from the ground up
