Founders Associate

About the Role

Join a lean, early-stage B2B sales intelligence team and work directly with the founding team on go-to-market strategy and sales execution. You will help turn market insights into practical sales processes and growth initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute go-to-market initiatives, tracking their results and impact.

• Partner with the CEO on outbound sales, pipeline development, and deal progression.

• Manage outreach sequences, lead qualification, CRM records, and pipeline tracking.

• Build and refine sales playbooks based on prospect feedback and market results.

• Identify market opportunities and run go-to-market experiments.

• Represent the team in prospect conversations and early customer interactions.

What We're Looking For

• Two to four years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales execution, or business development.

• Experience designing and running go-to-market experiments or assessing market opportunities.

• Experience with outbound campaigns, prospect discovery, lead qualification, and CRM or pipeline management.

• Ability to develop sales playbooks and use data to guide go-to-market decisions.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort working in ambiguity and moving quickly.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $60,000 to $90,000 USD.
