About this role
Join Clera as engineer #4 to build AI-powered recruiting automation that transforms how talent finds jobs. You'll own full product areas, ship daily, and work directly with founders at a pre-seed startup ($3M raised) with proven traction across VC-backed clients.
What you'll do
- Build and deploy agentic AI systems that automate end-to-end recruiting workflows
- Own complete product features from concept through production deployment
- Collaborate directly with founding team and CTO on technical direction
- Write and iterate code rapidly while maintaining quality standards as needed
- Gather customer feedback and iterate based on real-world usage patterns
- Contribute to architectural decisions for a scaling platform
