Founding Engineer ($3M pre-seed)

About this role

Join Clera as engineer #4 to build AI-powered recruiting automation that disrupts a $600B industry. You'll have full ownership of product areas, ship daily, and work alongside experienced founders in a San Francisco hackerhouse with a $3M pre-seed and paying customers already.

What you'll do

• Own entire product features from concept through production deployment
• Build and scale agentic AI systems that automate recruiting workflows
• Ship code to production daily with direct impact on product direction
• Collaborate with founding team and iterate based on customer feedback
• Work across the full stack using TypeScript, React, and LLM APIs
