What you'll do

• Oversee the agent platform and infrastructure from start to finish
• Set engineering standards and architectural decisions for team growth
• Collaborate closely with founders, providing technical input
• Continuously deploy to production, ensuring system reliability
• Drive full-stack feature development with measurable customer impact

What they're looking for

• 3+ years in software engineering, preferably in startups
• Proficient in TypeScript and React for frontend development
• Experienced in Node.js for backend solutions
• Able to build from the ground up (0 to 1)
• Familiar with large language models and agent platforms
• Hands-on with AWS and PostgreSQL
• Knowledgeable in observability and distributed system patterns
