What you'll do

• Collaborate with the founder and team on all aspects of the application
• Develop systems for memory, retrieval, and AI interactions
• Integrate real-time video and audio generation technologies
• Set engineering standards and assist in team recruitment
• Actively use the product to ensure user value and quality

What they're looking for

• 2–7 years of software engineering experience
• Computer Science degree from a top-tier university
• Strong computer science fundamentals
• Energetic and driven
• Experience in startup or fast-paced environments
• Track record of complex side projects
• Adaptability to early-stage startup chaos
• Nice to have: proficiency in Python and real-time media experience

Benefits

• Salary range: $175,000 – $225,000
