About this role

Join an early-stage enterprise AI startup as the first engineering hire, building automation products for manufacturers and distributors. You'll own full-stack development across customer-facing features, AI agents, and integrations while working directly with founders and customers to ship impactful solutions.

What you'll do

  • Own problems end-to-end from customer discovery through design, implementation, and deployment
  • Build full-stack features using TypeScript, Next.js, Python, and Google Cloud Platform
  • Design and develop production-grade AI agents with context engineering and evaluation frameworks
  • Integrate with legacy ERP/CRM systems and third-party enterprise software
  • Improve testing, evaluation, and tooling to accelerate customer implementations
  • Conduct customer calls to identify workflow problems and translate them into technical solutions
