Founding Engineer (Full Stack)

About this role

Join as one of two founding engineers to build the technical foundation for a well-funded AI company. You'll own full-stack development across LLM orchestration, voice, UI, and infrastructure while setting engineering culture and shipping features with significant autonomy.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end technical problems spanning LLM orchestration, conversation flow, tool integration, voice, UI, and infrastructure
• Debug and fix production issues in real-time, from conversation logs to deployment regressions
• Design and prototype new features with minimal specification, including generative UI and agent versioning systems
• Build core technical pillars: agent orchestration, embeddable UI, platform, evaluation pipelines, and zero-cold-start infrastructure
• Develop and iterate on evaluation frameworks to measure system quality and drive product improvements
• Handle early-stage full-spectrum work including frontend bugs, database migrations, customer debugging, and infrastructure design
