Founding Engineer - Full Stack

Y Combinator-backed AI startup seeking a Founding Engineer to build full-stack tools that help brands understand LLM perception. You'll own problems end-to-end, work closely with customers and founders, and help define engineering culture while shipping features rapidly in a high-impact environment.

What you'll do

• Own full-stack features from customer insights through infrastructure and deployment
• Maintain tight feedback loops with customers and founding team to ship iteratively
• Help establish engineering culture, patterns, and best practices from the ground up
• Build and optimize agentic systems and LLM-powered features in production
• Translate customer needs into shippable products with strong product sense
• Explore effective ways for engineering teams to collaborate with AI agents
