Founding Engineer (Full-Stack)

About this role

Join a Y Combinator-backed AI marketing automation startup as an early-stage Founding Engineer with full ownership of full-stack features. You'll architect and deploy products across Vue.js/Nuxt frontend, Node.js/TypeScript backend, and AI integrations while collaborating directly with founders and customers to shape the product from the ground up.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end feature development across frontend, backend, and AI agent integrations
• Design and maintain PostgreSQL database schemas using Supabase for data integrity and performance
• Manage deployments, background jobs, and infrastructure on Render, Inngest, and Microsoft Azure
• Apply user-centric design thinking throughout the product lifecycle
• Collaborate with operations and customers to align technical solutions with user needs
• Contribute to internal workflows using Linear, GitHub, Slack, and Notion

• Vue.js + Nuxt or React/Next.js frontend development
