Join a pre-seed AI startup as a Founding Engineer Intern to build and ship end-to-end features for an agentic headhunting automation platform. You'll work directly with the founding team in a hybrid San Francisco environment, owning product components from ideation to production deployment on a daily cadence.

What you'll do

  • Build and deploy end-to-end features to production daily
  • Collaborate with the CTO and founding team to own full-stack components
  • Develop and iterate on the agentic headhunting automation system
  • Engage with users to measure product impact on hiring speed and candidate experience
  • Contribute to a high-output, low-ego engineering culture
  • Work independently with strong ownership from concept through production

  • TypeScript and React with 6+ months production experience
  • Full-stack development (frontend and backend)
  • Supabase and Prisma database/ORM work
  • Typesense search infrastructure
  • Cursor IDE proficiency
  • Git and GitHub portfolio building

  • Product thinking and user engagement
