About this role
Join a pre-seed AI startup as a Founding Engineer Intern to build and ship end-to-end features for an agentic headhunting automation platform. You'll work directly with the founding team in a hybrid San Francisco environment, owning product components from ideation to production deployment on a daily cadence.
What you'll do
- Build and deploy end-to-end features to production daily
- Collaborate with the CTO and founding team to own full-stack components
- Develop and iterate on the agentic headhunting automation system
- Engage with users to measure product impact on hiring speed and candidate experience
- Contribute to a high-output, low-ego engineering culture
- Work independently with strong ownership from concept through production
What they're looking for
- TypeScript and React with 6+ months production experience
- Full-stack development (frontend and backend)
- Supabase and Prisma database/ORM work
- Typesense search infrastructure
- Cursor IDE proficiency
- Git and GitHub portfolio building
- Rapid iteration and shipping mindset
- Product thinking and user engagement
