About this role

Join a fast-growing AI-powered communication platform as a founding Product Engineer, taking full ownership of features from hypothesis to production. You'll drive product discovery through experimentation, maintain customer relationships, and build across the stack in a remote-first environment serving SMEs across Europe.

What you'll do

  • Own product features end-to-end from concept through production release
  • Design and execute rapid experiments to validate product hypotheses before full development
  • Engage directly with customers, partners, and sales to identify pain points and opportunities
  • Implement product tracking and analytics to enable data-driven decision-making
  • Build full-stack solutions with architecture decisions aligned to both short-term and long-term goals
  • Work independently in an async remote environment to drive initiatives forward without approvals
