Founding TypeScript Engineer

About this role

A seed-funded B2B SaaS startup is seeking a Founding TypeScript Engineer to design and operate core infrastructure for a people-data and AI agents platform. You'll work directly with the founding team, owning critical systems including APIs, LLM workflows, and knowledge graphs while helping scale toward Series A.

What you'll do

• Design and build core infrastructure including APIs, LLM-powered workflows, web scraping systems, and knowledge graph architecture
• Architect production-grade systems handling millions of API requests with focus on performance, cost efficiency, and reliability
• Own projects end-to-end from problem definition through deployment and iteration
• Collaborate with CEO and CTO on technical decisions and foundational architectural choices
• Contribute across the stack including documentation, tutorials, internal tooling, and experimental API builds
• Operate systems in cloud and Linux server environments at scale
