About this role

An AI-native GTM agency in Berlin seeks a GTM Engineer to design and deploy automated workflows, build data pipelines, and drive go-to-market strategy. You'll own high-impact projects end-to-end, working at the intersection of engineering, data, and sales operations with significant autonomy.

What you'll do

  • Design and build automated GTM workflows using n8n and AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT
  • Extract, transform, and visualize data to uncover insights for sales and marketing decisions
  • Identify process bottlenecks and architect scalable technical solutions to address them
  • Partner with GTM, sales, and operations teams to translate business requirements into implementations
  • Manage complete project lifecycle from scoping through delivery with minimal oversight
  • Maintain and optimize data pipelines and dashboards for ongoing operational efficiency
