About this role

Clinically AI seeks a Quality & Reliability Engineer to ensure stability and correctness of AI-powered healthcare workflows. This role goes beyond traditional QA, focusing on systems reliability, AI behavior validation, and operational quality in complex clinical environments where testing must account for non-deterministic outputs and real-world workflow constraints.

What you'll do

  • Design and build automated test suites using Playwright and other frameworks to validate AI-native healthcare workflows
  • Validate AI system outputs, edge cases, and failure modes across clinical and operational use cases
  • Test REST APIs for authentication, permissions, data integrity, and workflow behavior
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and implementation teams to identify and resolve reliability issues
  • Debug issues across frontend, backend, and distributed systems with root cause analysis
  • Ensure release confidence through comprehensive testing in CI/CD pipelines

  • JavaScript or TypeScript
  • Frontend debugging and browser tools

  • CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred)
  • Root cause analysis and technical communication
  • Systems thinking and workflow analysis
  • AI/LLM testing experience (preferred)
