Revenue Workflow Engineer

About this role

Coder is hiring an early-career Revenue Workflow Engineer to streamline GTM operations by building automations, cleaning data, and testing AI-assisted workflows across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance teams. You'll transform messy processes into reliable systems that help teams focus on customer insights rather than manual data work.

What you'll do

• Support and maintain revenue workflows in Salesforce and related GTM systems
• Build automations, templates, and repeatable processes to reduce manual work across teams
• Design and test AI-assisted workflows for account research, CRM updates, and pipeline insights
• Maintain data quality and accuracy for accounts, contacts, opportunities, and customers
• Create reports, dashboards, and operating views that help GTM leaders make decisions
• Analyze revenue data to identify trends, risks, and process gaps, then recommend improvements

• Data analysis and working with structured datasets
• Spreadsheet proficiency and business metrics interpretation
• Salesforce experience or quick ability to learn CRM platforms
• SQL, BI tools, or scripting languages (Python, JavaScript preferred)
• Automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Clay) or API integration
• Problem-solving with ability to work independently on ambiguous tasks
• Clear written communication for documenting processes and findings
• AI tool familiarity for data cleaning, summarization, and workflow optimization
