Applied AI Engineer

About this role

CodeRabbit is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to design and deploy generative AI systems that power code review and developer productivity tools. You'll work on cutting-edge LLM applications including RAG, RLHF, and agentic reasoning in a high-ownership engineering culture focused on shipping fast and iterating based on real-world feedback.

What you'll do

• Design and optimize LLM-based systems for context-rich code reviews
• Build agentic workflows with multi-step reasoning across contexts
• Develop and maintain retrieval pipelines including embeddings and semantic search
• Deploy generative AI models to production and monitor performance
• Apply RLHF and reward modeling techniques to improve response quality
• Analyze user feedback and telemetry to iteratively enhance system performance
