Enterprise Field Engineer – Post-sales

About this role

CodeRabbit seeks an Enterprise Field Engineer to guide enterprise customers through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success with their AI-powered code review platform. You'll serve as the technical bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless adoption and maximum value realization across the customer lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Lead technical onboarding and implementation for enterprise customers, ensuring smooth platform deployment
• Configure integrations with customer CI/CD pipelines, development workflows, and cloud environments
• Deliver training sessions and enablement programs to drive adoption and best practices
• Conduct regular architecture and configuration reviews to optimize customer usage
• Act as technical escalation point for complex issues, partnering with support and engineering teams
• Gather customer feedback and provide insights to product and engineering teams
