About this role

CodeRabbit seeks an Enterprise Field Engineer for the Southeast region to serve as a technical advisor during the pre-sales process. You'll bridge sales and engineering teams, deliver compelling product demonstrations and proofs of value, and help customers understand how AI-powered code review solutions drive development efficiency.

What you'll do

• Partner with Account Executives to understand customer needs and develop tailored technical solutions
• Create and execute compelling demos and Proof of Value engagements
• Respond to customer security questionnaires and compliance requirements
• Translate business objectives into technical specifications and solution designs
• Provide cross-functional feedback to product and engineering teams on customer issues
• Support smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales customer onboarding
