About this role

Coderio seeks an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join a healthcare data platform team, working across Golang, Python, and React to build and refactor complex, scalable systems. You'll collaborate with the CTO/CPO on critical platform evolution, handling high-performance backends, data processing, and sophisticated frontends in a regulated industry environment.

What you'll do

• Design and build scalable full-stack applications spanning backend services, frontend experiences, and data workflows
• Develop high-performance backend services in Golang and data-processing solutions in Python
• Lead refactoring initiatives focused on performance, maintainability, and architectural clarity
• Architect and maintain distributed systems at enterprise scale with AWS infrastructure
• Translate technical direction into concrete implementation across software, data, and infrastructure layers
• Contribute to ETL pipelines and data engineering workflows for healthcare innovation
