About this role

Coderio seeks a senior Full Stack Technical Lead with 5+ years of experience to drive technical excellence and mentor development teams. You'll design scalable microservices architectures, develop with NestJS/Next.js, and guide complex projects from architecture through deployment on AWS.

What you'll do

• Design and implement scalable microservices-based architectures
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Node.js (NestJS), React, and Next.js
• Establish best practices through code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes
• Manage AWS deployments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Optimize application and database performance
• Mentor development team and collaborate with product stakeholders
