Forward Deployed Engineer

About this role

Coframe seeks Forward Deployed Engineers to build custom integrations and solutions for enterprise customers while bridging engineering, product, and customer needs. You'll work directly with strategic accounts to solve complex technical problems, drive deployments, and guide product expansion in the martech space.

What you'll do

• Design and build custom integrations tailored to enterprise customer workflows
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand technical requirements and constraints
• Travel on-site to customer locations for implementation and troubleshooting
• Partner with internal engineering teams on deployment strategy and scalability
• Resolve complex technical blockers during customer growth phases
• Influence product roadmap based on real-world customer feedback and demands

• Enterprise martech stack experience
• Strong software engineering and ability to ship production solutions
• Executive and cross-functional communication
• Product and business acumen
• Experience launching new products in enterprise environments
• High ownership and comfort with ambiguity
• Ability to balance speed, reliability, and long-term scalability
• Enterprise sales or scaling experience (preferred)
