About this role
Join Cognition's newly formed federal group as a Deployed Engineer, serving as a foundational technical leader on strategic government accounts. You'll architect complex deployments, translate customer needs into product direction, and bridge field insights with core engineering while helping establish practices for a fast-growing federal organization.
What you'll do
- Own technical direction and success of strategic federal customer accounts and deployments
- Architect enterprise deployments and build integrations using Cognition's APIs
- Translate customer pain points into product requirements and drive implementation
- Debug complex technical issues requiring deep architectural judgment
- Serve as connective link between Federal GTM team and core product engineering
- Establish core engineering practices and technical standards for federal operations
