IT Engineer

About this role

An AI lab building software agents seeks an onsite IT Specialist to manage infrastructure, identity/access systems, and end-user support for a growing team in San Francisco. This full-time, in-office role requires expertise in identity management platforms, device management solutions, and collaboration tools.

What you'll do

• Administer Okta instances and implement Okta Workflows automation for access management
• Deploy and maintain MDM solutions (Kandji, JAMF, Intune) for endpoint management across offices
• Support productivity by implementing and managing software services for engineering and GTM teams
• Manage and troubleshoot collaboration platforms including Zoom, Teams, Slack, and Google Workspace
• Resolve internal IT issues including device troubleshooting and conferencing system problems
• Oversee device lifecycle from procurement to configuration, deployment, and maintenance
