Forward Deployed Engineer, Sovereign AI

About this role

Cohere seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to work with Canadian public sector organizations, building and deploying secure AI solutions using the North platform. You'll bridge product development and customer needs, designing intelligent agents and infrastructure for real-world government challenges while maintaining strict data security standards.

What you'll do

• Build and ship features for North, Cohere's AI workspace platform
• Develop autonomous agents that integrate with sensitive enterprise data systems
• Lead end-to-end deployments of North in private cloud and on-premises environments
• Work directly with public sector customers to understand requirements and design solutions
• Execute across the full product lifecycle from conceptualization through production
• Experiment rapidly while maintaining quality to deliver customer-focused solutions
