Software Engineer, North for Finance

About this role

Cohere seeks a Senior Software Engineer to build AI-powered financial workflows for North, an enterprise AI workspace platform. You'll develop secure, domain-specific automation features that integrate AI agents with financial data and existing enterprise tools, working across full-stack product engineering with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

• Design and ship end-to-end customer-facing agentic workflows and financial automation features
• Own features from technical design through implementation, testing, launch, and iteration
• Develop custom interfaces integrating financial data sources with enterprise tools
• Build collaborative workspaces with role-based access controls and data isolation for finance teams
• Collaborate with Product, UX, ML, and Sales teams to validate requirements and prototype solutions
• Extend core agentic platform capabilities to meet finance-specific reliability, security, and auditability needs
