Software Engineer, Enterprise Apps

About this role

Coinbase is seeking a full-stack Software Engineer to build internal platforms that empower customer support agents. You'll develop high-impact applications using Go, gRPC, TypeScript, and React while owning integrations with third-party systems and ensuring production reliability.

What you'll do

• Build full-stack services and applications using Golang, gRPC, TypeScript, and React for CX agent workflows
• Design and implement third-party platform integrations to extend internal CX tooling capabilities
• Partner on architecture decisions, code reviews, and engineering best practices including testing and observability
• Identify and mitigate technical risks to maintain platform reliability for high-traffic production systems
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders across CX and product teams
